Putting one foot forward is all it takes to start a new adventure, a new activity, or a new goal.

We believe every runner is capable of growth and improvement – this could mean increases in speed, feeling stronger on their runs, and confidence in their abilities. We focus primarily on effort-based running, and teaching runners to listen to their body, and communicate openly about how they feel on their runs and post-run. We strive to be inclusive, welcoming, and open to working with runners of all backgrounds and skill levels – our goal is to meet them where they are, and work together to train in a smart and consistent manner. We believe that by doing so our runners will grow and develop safely, feel prepared and comfortable to ask questions, and learn to trust in themselves as they reach their starting line.
